"I can't really answer that right now," he said (via VideoGamesChronicle). "We have a strong desire to further develop the character of Bayonetta and expand her world. Please look forward to seeing what form that takes in the future."
He added the Nintendo Switch 2 "is a console with tremendous potential."

Multiple leaders at PlatinumGames have left, including series creator and co-founder Hideki Kamiya. The studio has more recently co-developed Ninja Gaiden 4 with Team Ninja, and helped development withFinal Fantasy XVI, eFootball, andMetal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
The Bayonetta IP is not owned by PlatinumGames, but is instead split between Nintendo and Sega.
