Read details on the game below:

This title is the first console 3D action roguelite game based on The Eminence in Shadow anime. It adopts “roguelite” elements, in which character abilities are randomly enhanced during each playthrough, allowing players to craft unique builds from a wide variety of combinations and enjoy action combat against challenging enemies.

What is an “eminence in shadow?”…?

“My name is Shadow. I lurk in the darkness and hunt down shadows…”

Shadowbrokers…

They are neither the protagonist, nor the final boss.

They keep their power hidden, choosing to remain inconspicuous and blend in as background characters, only demonstrating their abilities by secretly intervening in the main story. A certain boy who longed to be a shadowbroker lived a normal, nondescript life as a self-perceived “NPC” while training to gain power… until he met his unfortunate end in an accident and was reincarnated in another world.

Reborn as Cid Kagenou, he decides to take advantage of this turn of events and enjoy his shadowbroker persona in this other world while plotting (jokingly) to defeat a “dark cult” he made up on the spot. However…it turns out that this “dark cult” actually exists…?!

The girls he recruited as part of this great game of make-believe come to worship Cid as “Shadow,” and he becomes a true shadowbroker… without even realizing it himself. And thus, the shadowy organization he leads, the Shadow Garden, mobilizes to eventually destroy the darkness of the world.
