How to Fish has debuted in third place on the Steam Weekly Top Sellers chart (excluding revenue generated by free games) for Week 35, 2026, which ended August 25, 2026.

There was one other new game to debut in the top 10 with Mortal Shell 2 debuting in third place.

Pre-orders for three games were high enough to be in the top 10 with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 in second place, Wardogs in fourth place, and Star Wars Zero Company in eighth place.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is in fifth place, Helldivers 2 is in sixth place, and Big Walk is in seventh place. Black Myth: Wukong is in ninth place and No More Room in Hell 2 is in 10th place.
