Team Cherry announced Hollow Knight: Silksong will launch on September 4 for the Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC via Steam, GOG, and Humble Store, and Xbox Game Pass.

Didn't like the first game. Will give it a go on gamepass, but probably will lose interest very quickly. Happy for anyone who is excited about this though.

I liked the first game but got it on sale for about $5 and am not sure I would have liked it as much if I paid more. I will wait for a similar sale on the new one so even if I get bored and drop it I will still be happy with my purchase

Same for me. I know it has a huge fanbase, but it never clicked with me. Gave up after 4-5 hours, but even so I liked the mood of it and I'm always glad to see an indie game doing great.
