Ps5 will never catch up, to phew games and to high of a price.
with the upcoming EU price hikes, i think its safe to conclude this comparison is likely over. EU economy hasn’t been doing too hot since 2022. PS5 held up very strong all things considered.
While I generally agree, the European market has proven before that it has a great potential when it comes to PlayStation. I still won't rule out the possibility for the PS5 to make a comeback and even succeed in closing the gap and ending on par with PS4 there although it will need the generation to prolong to 2030. With GTA VI coming out not more than a year from now I can see PS5 making those 45M+ sales of the PS4 in the end.
i could def see that. Hard to say though. Anything could happen.
Very unlikely in my opinion. GTA VI will boost hardware sales for about 3 or 4 weeks. And that boost won't be enough to turn things around, especially if the console price increases and the game costs $100.
