Seems very likely.
PS3 - 87.45 mil

Combined: 173.18 mil
Prediction for PS5/Xbox Series
PS5 - 115 mil
Xbox Series - 40 mil
Combined: 155 mil
Unless Xbox Series is being under tracked by more than 2 million units, it will barely get into the 40-41 million range.
PS5 was down YoY already last year, despite Astro and the Pro. The Xbox is... well the Xbox. We all agree that the Xbox won't change things. Many people will hunt me now but even GTA 6 7 and 8 together could not stop this trend. Also i've been told so many times PC gets GTA as well. While it certenly won't outsell the console versions some will purchase it there wich will likley prevent the PS5 and the Xbox from being up in 2025.
