Nintendo seems like the only company that can adequately supply every major market. MS and Sony focusing heavily on the US
PlayStation 5 down 122k compared to PS4, Xbox Series X|S is up 129k compared to Xbox One
Talk about a momentum swing from last gen
The pandemic supply crunch will likely be looked back on as one of the major factors that revived the Xbox brand globally. This type of market share swing is not unusual (think GameCube-Wii-WiiU-Switch, all of which were much more drastic swings) but it’s always noteworthy when it happens
Woah what led to the huge Xbox numbers in the Americas? It actually outsold Swith! Thats crazy. Was there some big release or just a huge influx of product eating up a good amount of the pent up demand caused by shortages?
Why are the numbers on the homepage ps5 18.9 series x 13.1 but on this report they are 18.4 x 13.4
Im actually surprised the XBO is still selling. They gotta be running out of stock at some point since they havent made any since last year. As for the Series S, I can see many prob double dipped and got the S to start and now have added the X for full powered play. I know i did, and now i use my S on the go with the xScreen. https://imgur.com/gallery/LIy18iI
Logically. The series x has been in stock in several shops including Amazon in Europe. Series s was always in stock.
Is Microsoft just getting more stock or people are not buying it? Go check now series x is permanently in stock on Amazon uk
Is this site changing sides, was a better site when you made ps5 win every week,
sorry but I don't agree with this data in Brazil there was a lot of ps5 still in stock that you probably didn't put there.
That is partially true. You see, even if you take the base price of $399, doubling it (100% in taxes) makes it go to $798 dollars, and that's is not the full story. No, the products are not charged like that, because they want to also take a nice profit over those horribly priced sales.
Mostly because 3rd party importer sell Xbox there. Wherever Microsoft sell directly, they can take on some loss. Wherever any other importer sell, they will include their margin + import duties + transportation costs. Hence the price.
" The PlayStation 5 sold an estimated 188,535 units to bring its lifetime sales to 18.50 million units." on the main page they took it to 19.03 because if XD .. it is becoming more and more noticeable that they are not interested in xbox
