The real news here is RDR2, really happy to see the game will reach 40M pretty soon, maybe even 50M in the future, which almost guarantee a sequel or maybe a gem in the same genre.
I'm not touching the game till they announce a ps5 patch for 60fps
Me too, just waiting for a patch or re-release, which we know will happen. Would be beautiful if there could be a 60fps 1080p with ray tracing.
Prediction - 200 million lifetime
That's a sure bet when it's lifetime is... checks notes... immortal
Simply the Big Game Ever !
This is a game that Rockstar had it right. It will never be repeated again.
How many millions more for the PS5?
Who is still buying GTA V? I wonder what the platform breakdown is.
I know just on Steam alone the game has over 200,000 concurrent players on a daily basis and it goes on sale to $10-$15 all the time. Plus with the modding community and the game also available on the Epic Games Store, I imagine PC is one of the bigger sellers nowadays
I did, I felt like an idiot, it's like the 4th time (PS3, PC, Xbox 360 and now PS4 - to play on PS5)
Nice. now give me GTA VI
GTA v deserves all the sale,
It's the very definition of entertainment and one of the best video games of the century
How many expansions have they sold? They never seem to quote that number.
PS4 version could be close to 40 million units sold.
The legs on GTA V are insane, who still doesn't have the game?
Me. Still waiting for the new gen release.
lol, hold off till the PS6 version
Hold your horses, they can still release on switch, IOS and Android.
Interesting enough, their shares are down 10%
i hate the guy incharge of take 2. Honestly we should be looking forward to gta7 by now. But the houser brothers have left, working on a new open world game. And so many other games out, that honestly i would be fine without a gta game again. Let them keep milking it for the next 8 years.
Seriously! We all joke about Todd Howard constantly re-selling Skyrim to us, but it has NOTHING on GTA V
It starts to feel like "who still doesn't have this game?" 150 million is nothing compared to hardware that can play gta5, but most games just naturally slow down.
Oddly enough, I still don't, lol. I feel like many people have double and even triple dipped to own it on every platform it gets released on. Not to take away from its impressive sales mind you.
everyone that plays it, their younger brothers and releatives catches on. And their friends. It's a cycle that never ends.
