Fortnite season-ending Nexus War ended with a bang. A record 15.3 million concurrent players joined up together to take out Galactus in the final battle of the season, with over 3.4 million watching on YouTube and Twitch.

The Nexus War was a season-long crossover between Fortnite and Marvel. The final event featured players teaming up to fly on modified Battle Buses through space, fighting off drones to battle Galactus.

This final event saw the end of Chapter 2 - Season 4 and after eight hours of downtime, Season 5 Zero Point started.

Chapter 2 - Season 5 sees another crossover with a Disney owned IP, this time Star Wars

"The Zero Point has been unearthed and Agent Jones needs the help from the greatest Hunters there are," reads the official Fortnite Twitter account. "Fight alongside The Mandalorian, explore new locations, complete Bounties and stop the Chaos."

Fortnite is available on just about every major platform as a free download.
