So Ring Fit and Mario Kart 8 sell more than the new Mario Kart Live. What a bummer.

It was clear from the beginning that it's going to be a niche product, considering the fact that a lot of conditions needed to be met so that customers can be potentially interested in it. (gimmic+space+price). I don't think Nintendo expected extremely high sales for that one. They bet on quality and originality and introduced some new concept.

Is that considered a video game though? No game is included. Just a WiFi remote control car and some cardboard in the box. Anyone can download the game for free. You play a game using it, but unlike labo and ring fit, no game is being sold.

Not disparaging it. I just mean it seems like it would be considered a toy because of that fact. I don't know how it's being tracked though. I was just suggesting maybe that's why it isn't in the top 10.
