why on articles where you are saying how much have one console need to sell to reach the other lifetime sales you don't put what month is it for the other console and when you don't write how much does the console need to outsell the other you put the month of the other console ?

With the upcoming releases for this year, it might just best PS3 in Japan, but just by a slim margin...

Very much doubt it. PS3 will now enter it's holiday season and overtake the PS4. After that, PS3 will sail away since it still sold above 15k weekly in 2013, twice of what the PS4 is pulling.
