The games with games with gold are available after the month ends right?
As long as you 'buy' them during the free period, yes. But if you ,et your gold membership lapse you lose access, gaining them again once you renew.

Ahh good, although it's kind of weird that they'd give Forza 5 for free before Forza 7 comes out. I know if it was me I'd be like 'fuck it' and just play Forza 5 for a while as I heard it was really good (lacks cars and tracks but meh)
Although they're probably hoping it entices people to upgrade to a superior version.
That's exactly what they hope. Fairly frequently, you'll find a game that appears in Games with Gold has a sequel coming out in the next month or so.
Forza 5 was like beta for Forza 6. Its lacking in features but still has great visuals and plays well. A solid month, two good 360 games and Oxenfree reviewed well.
