Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 Sells an Estimated 238K Units First Week at Retail - Sales

The football simulation game from Konami - Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 - sold 237,748 units first week at retail, according to our estimates. First week sales can be viewed on the VGChartz Global Weekly Chart for the week ending September 17.
Breaking down the sales by platform, the game sold best on the PlayStation 4 with 176,476 units sold (74%), compared to 15,701 units sold on the Xbox One (7%). It also sold 38,582 units on PlayStation 3 (16%), 4,471 units on the Xbox 360 (2%) and 2,518 units on Windows PC (1%).
Breaking down the sales by region, the game sold best in Europe with 114,827 units sold (48%), compared to 90,134 units in Japan (38%) and 11,933 units sold in the US (5%). Looking more closely at Europe, the game sold an estimated 25,096 units in the UK, 19,086 units in Germany, and 17,418 units in France.
