Boolean Games Acquired by Nexon - News

Korean mobile developer Boolean Games has been acquired by publisher and developer Nexon, according to GamesIndustry. Nexon has purchased all of the outstanding shares.
"From this partnership, we can bolster our global mobile pipeline with more top-quality titles," said the CEO of Nexon Korea Jiwon Park. "We are excited about working with the talented team at Boolean games, combining their proven development capabilities with Nexon's [free-to-play] know-how and global distribution platform."
Boolean Games is the developer of the Dark Avenger series. The original has been downloaded 30 million times worldwide, while the sequel, Darkness Reborn, has been downloaded 10 million times since it launched in November 2014.
