I wouldn't call it a budget game but most of the cost was associated with the first game game only. It seems Valve already had all the things they need to make the sequel quickly and not to mention they were also using an old (but proven) game engine. Message | Report

Well its a low budget game and its selling great on two platforms. Even at a discounted price its extremely profitable. Message | Report

Well Gamestop/EB was the only place I knew of selling it for $40 (excluding black friday). Not sure how many weeks they did it exactly. I think it was 2 or 3. Message | Report
