Game Overview

Alien: Isolation is an upcoming first person shooter/action game in the Alien series being developed by The Creative Assembly and due to be published by Sega some time in 2014. Specific platforms have yet to be announced, but it is widely expected to release on current and next generation consoles, as well as Windows PC.

Alien: Isolation stars Amanda Ripley-McClaren, daughter of Ellen Ripley, and is set on a space station. Although a first person shooter, melee weapons play a prominent role in the game as well, as does stealth gameplay and staples of the survival horror genre.

That's the problem with this site.
Everything is by platform, and there's
no consolidated numbers by title only.
Type 'Isolation' in the search game db
and you will get ~1.49mil copies sold
overall. Not to shabby. If Colonial
Marines didn't mess up the name, would
have sold more but its hardly a flop.
And those saying it will break even, may
I know if you experts have the

1 million till the end of 2015?

It'll sell half millions by the end of
the year, but it'll be enough for a
sequel??? I guess Colonel Marines has
damaged the brand.

Once i changed the difficulty down from
hard i actually really enjoyed it in the
end. On hard the game isn't 'hard'.
Its just frustratingly unfair. Wish this
game sold more though, shame.

This game ain't doing so great. Maybe
it will break even, but its not a hit.
