Not bad, but it shows one of the reasons smartphones and tablets can't replace portable consoles: motion detection can be used for steeering quite well, but using the touchscreen to control accelerator and brake isn't viable on small screens, and while it's possible on tablets and large screen smartphones, it can't give a proportional feedback. And it doesn't even try to offer manual gear shifting, with just the thumbs available for fast action on the touch screen when you hold the phone, as most phones don't offer physical buttons in the right place to be used with the other fingers and with the right shape and feel for fast action, it wouldn't be possible to do it fast enough.
