Game Overview

Grand Theft Auto: IV is the sixth 3D open-world game in the Grand Theft Auto franchise. It was released on Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PS3 on April 29, 2008, and on the PC/Games for Windows port by Rockstar Toronto on 2/3 December 2008.

The new Rockstar Advanced Game Engine is used in the game, introducing the new era of the Grand Theft Auto franchise. It featured the first protagonist not to have been born or raised in North America, and became the best-selling game on launch day upon initial release.

to be fair most people were
hoping the playstation version of this
would have had more sales given that GTA
started it's life off as a psone game
and GTA3 was a major part of what made
the PS2 such a global success, think
most people are a bit upset with the
side by side release on both systems,
Rockstars loyalty clearly lies in money
not their roots

I need to buy this game on day I know
that it's fun to play and not beat the
game just run over people.
GTA San
Andreas's comes out as a ps2 classic on
the PS store tommorow. GTASA best
selling ps2 game remember it.

if gta 5 is definately on this
generation you'll more than likely see
bundles of 4+5 or 4+5+episodes together
at the end of the systems life too which
will shoot this game up to well over 11m
users.
