Game Overview

Darksiders II is an action-adventure video game developed by Vigil Games and published for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows and Wii U by THQ. The sequel to the 2010 game, Darksiders, it takes place parallel to the first game and follows a new character, Death.

The Four Horsemen (War, Strife, Fury, and Death) are the last of the Nephilim, a fusion of angel and demon, who waged a bloody war on the rest of creation. To preserve the balance of the Universe, the Four Horsemen received incredible powers from the Charred Council in exchange for slaughtering the rest of the Nephilim. Death trapped the souls of his fallen brethren in an amulet, breaking his word to the Council, who ordered the Nephilims' souls destroyed. War, charged with his crimes, sets out on a personal mission to prove his brothers innocence and resurrect humanity.

Poor THQ. I doubt this game is
profitable with only 30k sales.....

exactly,
and why would it having a
bigger opening that PC version be good
news? even though its not true talking
to you jturner

Maybe sales were adjusted but opening
sales were lower for this than the PC
version even excluding digital sales.
And the legs so far are much worse.
oniyide (on 15 December 2012)
yeah no, we dont have complete sales
data for PC version as its not tracked
digitally, i seriously doubt Wii U
version had a better opening with that
in mind
