God of War II is an action-adventure game developed by SCE Santa Monica Studio for the PlayStation 2. It was first announced at GDC 2006 and released on March 13, 2007 in North America, April 27, 2007 in Europe and October 25, 2007 for Japan.
God of War II is currently slated for re-release as part of the God of War HD Collection for PlayStation Vita.
