my character got corrupted several times thanks to the auto save they implemented but it still didnt stop me playing this like crazy.

Back in 2002 I first paid 39,99$ for the game. After that you have to buy an adaptor for your gamecube that cost me around 59,99$....And Finaly you had to register to play and it was like F%$#ing 18$ a month....
