Very disappointed with this game for a number of reasons. It's so darn easy, the cut-scenes are so beyond long and all they are is repetition of crap I just heard. I love JRPGs but this game isn't doing it for me.

Finally hit half a million. At least it manged that much, but it still deserved more. Lack of advertisement and strong competition (The DS has quite a few good RPGs going for it) hurt this game.

pirates ruined sales for this great game :(

I think this is the first time I've seen and RPG in the NA outsell both JP and EU combined

A fun game and quite beautiful, but unfortunately too slow with too much dialogue and not enough action. In addition there aims a young audience which has the result of removing any difficulty

Nintendo did a horrible job advertising this game with the little ads they did do. They explain nothing at all about the game, it's gameplay, that it's an RPG, etc. It was so long ftre the first two tha they needed to reintroduce the game but didn't seem to be bothered to. It wasn't even clear it was a Nintendo made game.
