Amazing game, very traditional but very enjoyable with its own little twists. The soundtrack is A GEM.
thewastedyouth (on 08 October 2013)
Wonder why no one got it in Japan?
DieAppleDie (on 12 September 2012)

Wagram (on 26 January 2012)
Check Amazon. They have it.
Fededx (on 14 January 2012)
I want this game, it looks amazing but I can't find it :(
NintendoFanDj (on 08 January 2012)
this game is awesome too many wii gamers overlooked it. I give this game a score range from 9-10
oniyide (on 27 September 2011)
i dont think the sales would have been that much better if released in Euro
spurgeonryan (on 01 July 2011)
Never made it to the EMeaa's just like our xenoblade an the last story may never make it to Americas. See what happens video game companies!!
JazzB1987 (on 27 April 2011)
Lol making a really bad english dub + not releasing it in europe = crippled sales. Its their own fault the game flops so they cant complain.
Conegamer (on 14 April 2011)
I was waiting for an EU release...also, was this game REALLY released in the 19th Century? :-P
Sunshine (on 13 March 2011)
Nice game, despite the mediocre Voice Talent. (although I do like some voices like Leslie and Serge) Its a shame most people Ive met that played quit once they fought Deathchanter...
DarkBahamut87 (on 20 February 2011)
Looks like Marvelous Entertainment no longer intend to bring this game in Europe... I was so waiting for it...
novasonic (on 09 February 2011)
Just finished it. Fantastic game. Battle system and weapon/magic upgrading system is top notch. Good story too. Voice acting is the only thing that needs work. nowhere near the worst I've ever heard though.
MiSan7573 (on 29 January 2011)
should hit 200k lifetime with the americas. Hopefully this could get a emeaa release soon.
JTurner82 (on 06 January 2011)
I'm amazed at how American sales for this seem to be tracking higher than in Japan. Granted, it's not a HUGE hit like Symphonia, but I'm still surprised that American #s are nearing 100K. Pity it didn't do better than that in Japan though. I've played a little bit of this title, though, but I liked it alot, voice work notwithstanding.

Soriku (on 28 December 2010)
Very good game... my review:
Kihni÷ (on 22 November 2010)
I┬┤m counting on you Rising star to publish this in Europe
Conegamer (on 07 November 2010)
Why isn't it in Europe yet!
Vas-y (on 22 May 2010)
This game in Europe plz.
IxisNaugus (on 20 May 2010)
@ novasonic

Well i'm certainly hyped for this one. But then there's Tales of Graces and Xenoblade and The Last Story and so many other great games i'm waiting for so i have to split the hype evenly among all of them :P
novasonic (on 13 May 2010)
There are nowhere near enough people hyped for this!! Com'on people!
novasonic (on 22 April 2010)
Ooo, box art added for NA. I kinda like it.
Arfen (on 30 March 2010)
I will buy this ine, but my attention is with Tales of Graces.. pal version please..
Fededx (on 25 February 2010)
This game looks so fantastic... I'm getting this and Fragile Dreams on day one!!!
oliist (on 22 October 2009)
Ignition Entertainment to publish Arc Rise Fantasia in summer 2010
IxisNaugus (on 08 October 2009)
First let me just say that i f***ing love Rising Star Games for publishing this in europe!

Anyway, I've seen a lot of gameplay videos and i really can't wait to snap this up and get into it. I know it'll be some time before we get it over here but i can wait, i'm already up to my neck in RPG's and have a bunch more coming and some that i still haven't even grabbed yet.

Here's to hopefully fantastic sales in the west Arc Rise, you have a guaranteed sale from me at least :)
michael104101 (on 26 September 2009)
think this is coming out Feb.17 2010 sc94597, thats what it says on amazon
sc94597 (on 05 September 2009)
Anything on U.S release date? It seems like the next game on my must buy Wii game list.
Majin-Tenshinhan (on 08 August 2009)
Did Marvelous post any specific expectations for this game?
Chrizum (on 29 July 2009)
Overtracked (shipped 38k on june 30).
JTurner82 (on 27 July 2009)
While those numbers are definitely not high enough to qualify as a major success, it doesn't seem to be a complete disaster either. I do, however, expect a much bigger audience in America (considering how many people bought ToS 2). After all, isn't that what Marvelous wanted?

I don't know if it's coming in November this year anymore, but it's really hard to know. Release dates can change all the time, ya know.
Soriku (on 13 July 2009)

It is by Rising Star.
Son1x (on 08 July 2009)
I hope this gets released in Europe.
Kenology (on 03 July 2009)
Shame on Marvelous for not getting the word out. And they say they wanna port these games to the HD Twins - what a recipe for disaster.
Kenology (on 03 July 2009)
I expected a lot better from this game.
SJGohan3972 (on 30 June 2009)
This will be releasing in November in NA, should get a nice holiday boost - hope it does well.
kopstudent89 (on 22 June 2009)
Muramasa did 2,683 3rd week, i wonder how much this will do... hopefully at the 5 k range... and maybe WSR can boost hardare enough to boost this game too... maybe
Shadowblind (on 21 June 2009) did less then even Eternal Sonata. Well, maybe it'll do better in the West.
dark_gh0st_b0y (on 19 June 2009)
for Japan, is not bad
JTurner82 (on 16 June 2009)
Definitely. And didn't Marvelous say that they intended to target the Western audience with this one?
Mutiverse37 (on 16 June 2009)
I think Japanese developers and publishers are looking at projected global totals, espesially in America, more and more than ever before.
JTurner82 (on 16 June 2009)
It's not a "bomb", but it certainly is a modest debut. I think it'll sell more stateside. I'm willing to bet that if it was released around the time MH3 came out, it would sell a lot more.
Moonhero (on 15 June 2009)
If it's made by Marvelous, I'll be getting it.
JTurner82 (on 15 June 2009)
I don't know how much Marvelous expected to sell of ARC RISE FANTASIA, but I think they expect to have more of an audience in America when the game comes out for November.
whacker41 (on 15 June 2009)
considering the sales of this publishers other games, this is doing pretty well.
Kihni÷ (on 14 June 2009)
Nice deput
Chrizum (on 14 June 2009)
This game won't do well in Japan. I can't see it do more than 70k, if it's lucky.
JTurner82 (on 08 June 2009)
The game sold 50% of its stock on opening day, 18K to be exact. I'd say it's on track to make a 25-35K-ish opening week. How far it goes from there, though, remains to be seen. (Hopes it does well for a OST release!)
Vas-y (on 01 June 2009)
I think it will sell 35k first week and 70 - 80k in lifetime. A few days left until its release.
Thechalkblock (on 30 May 2009)
I dislike the NA boxart. I wish NA would get the JP boxart.
Son1x (on 22 May 2009)
wow I like the NA boxart.
JTurner82 (on 04 May 2009)
FRAGILE was a sales disappointment because it was too niche an RPG. This game looks more like a traditional one, and it has some fairly prolific names attached to it. If Marvelous markets it right, it should find an audience.
kopstudent89 (on 19 April 2009)
i think small developers are having moderate success, problem is we have yet to see a big 3rd part franchise put on the wii.

It will do well for the wii in my opinion. Anyone have an idea abt the best selling game for this developer to compare?
*~Onna76~* (on 22 March 2009)
I've got a feeling this game will bomb hard in Japan. These days all Wii software are doomed to fail in Japan. Better release it in the West asap.
kopstudent89 (on 06 March 2009)
ok obviously this has been dated to june in Japan. So here's to hoping it could get some hype!
Phoenix_Wiight (on 03 March 2009)
i hope this does good, but judging by fragile it wont (in japan.)

i didnt even know it was getting a release so soon
Son1x (on 03 March 2009)
I so want this game. First day buy on PAL release ^^
damkira (on 01 March 2009)
I hope for some great sales but don't know what to think after Fragile kind of flopped. :(

kopstudent89 (on 27 February 2009)
yeah lucky them. But question is, how many people?
Wetcoaster (on 25 February 2009)
Nine more days for the lucky people in Japan.

Hopefully there isn't too long of a gap before bringing this game over.
Wetcoaster (on 27 January 2009)
=D Can't wait!
Thechalkblock (on 18 January 2009)
My most anticipated Wii game.
Son1x (on 12 January 2009)
I hope this gets released in Europe.
Sky Render (on 30 December 2008)
Seems to be a mix of Tales and FFX. A winning combo in my book!
damkira (on 28 December 2008)
Looks awesome!
ClaudeLv250 (on 05 October 2008)
I prefer Action RPGs, however this game, from the colors to the art style, really appeals to me.
