yeah the weapons in 6 had to be the worst.
not to mention that they ran out of energy super fast.

It wasn't the charge shot that ruined anything. It was that the weapons started to suck and were less and less useful. Just try to name 3 good weapons in MM6. At most I can probably list 2.

I don't know about the slide, but charge shot ruined the original mega man games. In Mega Man 2 the weapons you got from bosses were much more usefull because of no charge shot.

Paying to play as Protoman is one of the least offensive things Capcom has done in their DLC.
