Summary

The Golden Compass is an epic action adventure game that immerses you in the magical parallel world of New Line Cinemas feature film, the studio behind The Lord of the Rings trilogy. With its AAA cast, including Academy Award winner Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig, Sam Elliott and newcomer Dakota Blue Richards, the story follows Lyra’s heroic journey from the safety of her home to the dangerous wonders of the North. Armed only with a truth-telling compass, and accompanied by a giant Armored Ice Bear named Iorek, the game takes you on a journey of adventure, exploration, collaboration and discovery.

Venture from the safety of Jordan College through the wilds of the frozen North and beyond as Lyra, her daemon, Pan, and a giant armored bear named Iorek. On an unforgettable journey filled with magic and mystery, you’ll discover a destiny greater than you could have ever imagined.

• Play as the heroes from the film and combine their strengths of each to progress

• Following the storyline of the movie, players explore 11 incredible locations from the movie including areas that are unique to the game

• Experience the collaborative bond between Lyra and Pan through the unique ‘Dæmon’ (animal spirit) gameplay mechanic

• Use the Golden Compass as a truth-telling device to solve in-game puzzles and unlock bonus content

• Talent and likeness from the film will be recreated in the game

Sega must LOVE Europe right now. This selling more than 200K, Ghost Squad doing great and Mario&Sonic being the uberhit, Europe alone is making Sega big returns.
