Game deserves soooo much better .... the quality is undeniable.. anyone that plays it knows what I mean. I just don't get it.... it doesn't add up.

This game never had a hope in Hell of selling what with getting released on the PS3 so early in its lifetime with no online support and then later on the 360 with a virtually nonexistant Japanese userbase.

I imagine others is about 100K additional copies.

I think the series would appeal to more people if they focused on giving the series more personality and story. When it comes to gameplay its easily my favorite 3D fighter.

Where is the Europe numbers? Also depressing sales considering the quality of this game and the hype it got. I just hope the next XBox gets a VF game if they decide to make another one.

BEST 3D fightin' game series!!!

This didnt sell too badly, afterall, a hardcore game comes out MONTHS later and its also currently missing OTHERs sales, where fighters and this game also are quite popular.

Sold nicely in Japan (maybe too nicely for Sega who lost quite a few regular VF5 arcade players there), 30k for any game in JP is good. NA it did okay, and im guessing Others is AT LEAST 50k, most likely 100k though.

Lets not forget its an Arcade port too, so its pretty much free money
