Resogun to Get 4K PS4 Pro and HDR Support - News

Housemarque announced Resogun will be getting HDR support, as well as 4K resolution for anyone that has a PlayStation 4 Pro.

"Alongside Nex Machina we are also announcing a 4K/HDR update to Resogun," the developer wrote in an email. "Imagine all of the voxels, particle effects and the fast-paced action even in greater, more eye-candy indulged experience."

Resogun was a PlayStation 4 launch title.

But MS told me the PS4 pro couldn't handle real 4k or hdr (in their recent add)

And people still continue to throw around this "PS4 Pro cant do true 4K" rhetoric, despite the growing list of native 4K titles, including Death Stranding.

They said the only console that will be capable of real 4k will be the Xone Scorpio. So they pretty much ruled out the PS4 pro.

Sweet, looking forward to this one. Should look splendid in 4K as very little texturing and a lossless rendering of 3d assets.
