by William D'Angelo , posted on 22 December 2014 / 6,213 Views

Microsoft is working on its own a virtual reality headset, according to sources who spoke with TechRadar. The headset is being developed for the Xbox One and there are already dev kits in the hands of developers.

The development of the VR headset is being handled by Microsoft's hardware team, who also develops their Surface tablet.

Microsoft is planning to unveil the VR headset at E3 2015 in June and the device is expected to be released in 2015, according to another report on Digitimes.

If this happens wow. Microsoft was quiet about it while Sony and other were showing off theirs. Can't wait to see what this is all about.
