Frog: Save Iris in 25 seconds or less in level 15.
Barbarian: Complete the Stamina Sign Campaign.
Rescuer: Save everyone in the game (45 entries).
Samurai: Obtain all titles.
Mech-Ray: Complete Real Disaster mode.
Volcano T-Shirt: Jump to the other side of the lava at the very end of level 14. It's hidden in a barrel.
Hurricane T-Shirt: Examine the ladies' toilet in level 18 several times until you get it.
Earthquake T-Shirt: Found in a barrel in level 21 in the section where you have to hide behind cars to avoid the wind.
Fire T-Shirt: In level 21, inside the building, check the right door on the second floor.
Heavy Rain T-Shirt: Before you go down the stairs to the bomb in level 23, go the other way until you reach a barrel in which it is hidden.
Tsunami T-Shirt: Complete the game on any difficulty.

Weapons

Immolator: Defeat Evans in the power plant after shooting down ten throwing knives.
Deep Impact: Defeat Gregory after shooting down ten grenades.
Twister: Complete the game on any difficulty.
Volcano: Defeat the second chopper after shooting down ten rockets.

001: Save nobody in a level with victims, first chance to do this is level 2.

008: Destroy the two vehicles in level 3 without taking damage.
009: Defeat Gordon in level 5 without taking damage.
