In the swamp area, get to the roof of the boat house.  Go through
the glass and make it out to where the guy is sitting.  The roof
will break out so be careful.  Ride around the openings and try
to wall ride the wall where you came through the glass(not the other
one because you will go through the glass).  Once wall ride, bail
and try to hang on the roof.  I believe it is Y-button.  If
you are facing the wall when you are hanging you will start facing up
on the roof.  If your not facing the wall, you will fall down off
the roof and have to do the wall ride trick again.  Once up on
thew roof facing the proper direction go left over the peak of the
roof and on your right you will see the wire glowing.  Good luck
from there.  I have done this so it definitely works.  It
just takes practice.
