Seeing ghost cops

To see ghost cops follow thease simple steps=Go to Rockport Beach. Just keep looking and you should find a bridge. Drive away from the bridge then turn around. To do this secret you must go far back intill you can berly see the bottom of the bridge. From the point you are now look under the bridge.You should see two cops making a mini roadblock to the entrance of the bridge. Go back down to the bridge.... you should see that the cops making a mini roadblock disapeared!!
