Extra Costumes
To unlock the extra costumes, you have to beat all chapters on Normal first. Load your Clear Data, go to "Gates of Hell", and then go to "Rodin's Treasure" menu. You'll see a "Super Mirror" there, which cost 100.000 Halos. Purchase this, and you'll unlock the rest of the costumes (Couture Bullets). To change costumes, press "R1" at the Chapter Start screen, go to "Costume Change", and then choose your costume there.

Wut ? I checked a few months ago and the game was arout 0.70/0.80 where did all these sales come from ?

Forget best action game of the generation, the best action game made yet. Admittedly the PS3 version was very disappointing compared to the 360 version. Perhaps the game would have sold better on PS3 had Platinum favored that platform over the 360.
