SIREN Ward of Despair Unlockables
Items are unlocked by completing the Ward of Despair game found inside the SIREN lounge. The Ward of Despair consists of three different scenarios.
Unlockable How to Unlock
Alcove Ornament Complete any scenario with everyone on your team still alive when you finish
Doctor outfit (Male only, 3-pieces) Complete and find all three clothing items in the scenario where the door on the right is opened first
Miyako outfit (Female only, 3-pieces) Complete the scenario where the dead person falls out of the bathroom in under 2 minutes, no clothing items is required
Nurse outfit (Female only, 4-pieces) Complete and find all three clothing items in the scenario where the nurse walks out of the bathroom
SIREN T-Shirt (Male and Female) Complete any scenario
