@Nintendo, well UC2 will soon pass 5m as will UC3, GOW3 is looking to pass 5m by the end of 2012/ early 2013 and LittleBigPlanet will probably get to 5m too. Then there's the possibility of GOW4, GT6, UC4 etc that will all reach and pass 5m. At the end of this gen PS3 will have more 1st party exclusives with sales of 5m+. Message | Report |

This will beat out MGS4, look at the rate its selling, uncharted 2 only been out for like what 2 years and a half and already is nearing 5 million vs mgs4 eclipsing 5 million in 4-5 years. Well thats clearly not true, triple A exclusives on both consoles are about even (Killzone - Halo, Gears of War - Resistance, Gran Turismo - Forza, LBP - Viva Pinata/Fable etc) not saying which are BETTER exclusives, just that PS3 ones dont get the sales they deserve Message | Report |

@a203d - the preorders are low, but i doubt it will struggle. when u2 launged http://www.vgchartz.com/article/5514/americas-preorder-charts-11th-oct-09/ it had 300k preorders, 50k of which were done in the last week. also, its releasing against a lot of other big multiplat titles. however, if the sotry is good it will get a lot of praise from fans and easily reach the same levels. i havent preordered mine yet Message | Report |

I think UC3 will struggle to reach these numbers because this game relaunched the PS3 into the stratosphere, which no one expected. and Crash Bandicoot, (ND original success) had the 3rd one selling less than the 2nd. i'm hoping i'm wrong, but it wont be easy this Fall. Message | Report |

I'm a hater because I think UC2 is overrated and mediocre? Bullshit. Perfect scores from critics mean nothing; critic's scores and awards are all merely personal opinions, I don't give a damn about other people's opinions, I never let others influence my opinion. Also, back in 08/09 Sony was in trouble because PS3 sales were low and they had very few exclusive AAA games, they desperately needed a killer hit but GT5 & GOW3's release dates were too far off... What better way to get that killer hit sooner than to bribe reviewers to give UC2 a lot of perfect scores/awards to garner interest from gamers. UC2 is a completely mediocre game in every way other than its great voice acting and good graphics. Far better games didn't get the high scores and recognition they deserved. Message | Report |

Overall this game's very good, but not nearly as perfect as it's made out to be. IMO, story = average, musical score = average, gameplay was often quite boring/repetitive. Although the graphics were good, most of the characters eyes (especially Chloe) looked terrible, completely degrading the immersion in cinematics. Lastly, the final boss fight was pathetic. Is U2 in ps3 bundles?? Bc man, it's selling a heck of a lot still if it's not being bundled - 15-20k/week past few weeks. Crazy thing is that the original game is still $39.99 on Amazon, and the goty edition is still $49.99. Really happy for U2, deserves every sale it gets! Message | Report |

I have to agree with Drakesfortune. Looking at Uncharted 1's sales curve U2's legs would have to collapse not to hit at least 5.5 million. 6 million is still pretty likely, especially if they release a trilogy pack once U3 comes out like they did with God of War 3. Message | Report |
