If people on PSN petitioned Sony to have Naughty Dog, guerilla games, or sucker punch take over Resistance franchise or Socom and Mag franchises it would get done.All these games are fantastic they just need a fresh take from a new developer. This will sell about the same as R2. I understand there is a trilogy edition coming out. I think sony should keep this series going - combine the SP story of R3 and the MP gameplay quality of the Killzone series and you have an absolute beast of a game. Message | Report |

This game is unexpectedly brilliant! Easily the best in the franchise. Also, I've played every PS3 exclusive this year, and imo this is the best of them all! Enjoyed it 100x more than UC3... That sucked, no wonder Sony is bundling it so hugely, UC2 (Which was actually decent) and inevitably 3 would never have passed 5m if they weren't bundled so heavily... Anyway enough of that, Resistance 3 = MUST BUY! Hopefully this will reach 2-2.5m lifetime... Deserves a lot more though. Message | Report |

I didn't buy this game because it looked like a dumbed-down COD clone. The player count shrunk from 40-60 players to a measly 16 players, and the maps are much smaller now. The fact that they added perks tells me all I needed to know. Message | Report |

I don't really think the fans were really disapointed (except for the MP a little) I think the marketing of this game really had much influence on the sales. There's a lot of people not even knowing that Resistance 3 even released. Friends of me who loved the first didn't even hear of the release of the third. Some friends played it and were suprised by how amazing it was. There's a lot of people who haven't played it. I think it's one of the most exciting FPS i have played for a long time, especially the campaign. Message | Report |

Resistance 3 is less known this year probably cause of bad marketing or a wrong time to release the game, but the game it'self is amazing.
