I hope it comes out with Pokken outside Japan as well.

I don't think controllers are region locked. I imported a white Smash Bros Gamecube controller from Japan and it works.

3,480 is about $30 rounded up so not too bad of a price for a controller, so I might get it. What is it that makes this controller so special? Is is specifically made for fighting games?

Looks neat, but it's probably only compatible with Pokken so there is no point to get this really..

Still waiting for them to make the GameCube control compatible with more games than just Smash, but that's rather unlikely :/

Yeah - its such a shame that they make the controller only for Smash - hopefully this wont be an exclusive playability thing like Smash >.>.

More likely than not, it will be exclusive for Pokken Tournamnet only
