We all know Nintendo is know for its QA and that most of their games work quite fine, but they aren't completely free of bugs.

From my experience the buggier game I can remember is Mario 64.

I honestly can't remember a bug in a first party Nintendo game. Might be just my memory though :P

Maybe Xenoblade? I remember that sometimes arts I selected didn't get used even though the sound played off. Not sure what's up with that.

Edit: I know you can find plenty of "bugs" in forexample Mario Kart and Zelda, but from my experience these have to be forced, so Idon't count them (never seen them on anything but youtube, and what you have to do to get the glitches is pretty darn insane most of the time.

Mario 64 has a lot of exploits but would not consider it glitchy if you are just playing through it normally, but I cant really think of anything else.

Super Mario Sunshine, you'll notice some of them in normal playthroughs.

You have to do certain things in most other Nintendo games to reproduce glitches.

I found loads of weird bugs in Eternal Darkness.

Starfox Adventures is the only one that comes to mind, that counts as first party, right?

Pretty sure it was the area before the end of the game, I fell through the floor a few times and the game crashed once or twice.

Luigi's Mansion 2, easily.

I know there are plenty of exploits in Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, but if you watch those videos, it's clear that you don't come across that stuff via normal play. Those things were discovered by deliberate attempts to break the game in any way possible.

In Luigi's Mansion 2, however, there are plenty of glitches and bugs that can and will occur during regular play, like missing keys in the multiplayer scarescrapers.

Just watch my friend play the mansion 1, never experienced the second game.

never encountered a bug when I lay through Nintendo games. I've only seen bugs on uploaded videos played by other people who search for those bugs :P

This is why I said their games are well know for good QA and mostly free of bugs... but they aren't exempt.
