I thought Dice was making that, not Visceral.

Says they are working on two projects. They could be working in tandem with Dice to ligthen to the load on the new IP projects since Dice is already full steam ahead with Battlefield 4.

yup, they know how to find really good ones and then proceed to kill them.

Well, they aren't their IP's, so with every new publisher or owner comes either a situation where the games move forward or what creates drawbacks. MS and EA are similar in the way.
