On June 30th!

That's right, the ultimate beast is coming - probably releasing this holiday in Japan!

The curious thing for now is that in the official site there's this:

ンスターハンターシリーズステージ開催が決定!!
モンスターハンターシリーズのステージ開催が決定!ニンテンドー3DS「モンスターハンター4」の最新情報も・・・・!

Which translated goes to:

Monster Hunter series will be held the stage! !
Stage of the Monster Hunter series will be held! Also the latest information on Nintendo 3DS "Monster Hunter 4" · · · ·!

So there's pretty explicit 3DS right there! This complicates, imo, any sign of multiplataform. Maybe you're right, Rol, maybe Nintendo did indeed the mother of all moneyhats (lol, maybe this is where their annual loss came from)!

There's info on PS3/3DS game EX Troopers too! This is wait and see!

From the cards, there's also Resident Evil 6, Monster Hunter 3G (maybe localization?), and some samurai dude - what game is this anyway? There's also MH little cat, that is shown in the upcoming MH PSP puzzle game.

The only bad thing is there's no Megaman...

Japan event, they're not going to talk localization for MHTri G. Our biggest hope in that regard is honestly Nintendo's keynote, because Capcom announced that they'll have no playable games for Nintendo platforms at E3.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

You're right... sigh. Hope is minimal at this point. I've never played a MH game. Is there a story in those games? Like, missing 3 would be bad or something like that?

Anyway, those are the games that'll be showcased:

Ex Trooper - 3DS/PS3

3DS

PSVita

PC - Yahoo/Moog Games

PS3

Mobage

XBOX 360

PSP

Plus Resident Evil 6, most likely

Why is there even an X360 game in there? -.-

Anyway, I seriously agree with you on the Nintendo MoneyHat thing. No wonder so many 3rd-Party's are "ready for the Wii U!" and to be happy working with the 3DS. XD

@VicViper, yeah its a really complicated story structure.

Hunt Monsters, kill them, make weapons = rinse/repeat

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Monster Hunter 4, Resident Evil 6 Details Coming This Weekend

23 min. ago /

We've heard little about Monster Hunter 4 since its announcement, but that will change shortly. Capcom updated the Capcom Summer Jam official site today with notice of a Monster Hunter series stage for the weekend event. The stage will include the latest information on MH4.

Resident Evil 6 will also be in the spotlight as part of its own stage. Capcom promises "first Japanese reveal" information for the stage. The wording makes it sound like the event will just recap announcements made previously overseas, but we'll have to tune in this weekend to be sure.

Capcom Summer Jam will be held on June 30 and July 1 at Tokyo Big Site.

Capcom was previously promising an update on the event for the 31st, which is tomorrow. The MH4 and RE6 stage details were quickly removed after posting, so it's possible that this was an early leak.

That's more like it! Now let's hope it happens!

The numbered releases are usually console games.
This time it's releasing for 3DS.

So yeah, it is exclusive.
