So just like every unnoticeable PS4 update then? Or does this improve things noticeably?

I was in the middle of a game last night when this pushed itself through while I was on a short break.
It automatically closed the game, loosing save progress and rebooted the console without my permission.

To say that is mildly annoying is an understatement. (Probably a setting somewhere to disable that crap, but I digress.)

It would be great if they told us what aspects of "performance" was improved. I.E. Just UI?

There is a setting. Turn off automatic download of updates. It alerts you when there is a update but gives you the choice.

Why are they taking so long to get the "promised before launch" updates done? When are we suppose to be able to use the internal expansion? This is getting annoying.
