Chernobyl is a masterpiece. High expectations on The Last of Us TV show now.
Cautiously optimistic for this one. HBO has produced a lot of quality shows so I'm hopeful. Though I kinda wish they made it for Netflix so I could binge it, lol.
How's that for a super group? Fingers crossed for this one.
A God of War series may have been more interesting, especially giving something on the level of GoT set pieces wise.
Agreed. For as much as I enjoyed TLOU, I'm slightly burnt out on the post apocalyptic "zombie" setting/theme. And I haven't even over indulged in it. It's just been so prevalent in the last 2 decades, that even intermittent participation has lead to genre fatigue. Plus the GOW idea just kicks ass on it's own merit.
I would have guessed Bravo.
Who is the lady that was so adamant that they keep elie's sexuality (gay/lesbian) the same and why is it such an important demand. I can't see why they can't keep it a neutral thing. People can be accepting yet still have their own natural belief or understanding , they can tolerate even though their ideas differ. I know it's just a game, show, but sometimes you feel a connection to a character/characters, like you know them, and some actions give a different feeling. Like evolution, biological feelings that we inherent, so moments may feel disjointed Before the downvotes comes, it feels like a forced thing. I don't think it was neils idea , but the other person. I mean the show couldn't be made without that demand. Seems like they are trying to break new ground for a video game, for the sake of breaking new grounds.
"Neil Druckmann is without question the finest storyteller working in the video game medium" - lulz. Sure.
I don't think a TV series will add much to the story that was already told in the game.
Druckman is a pretty stellar writer, actually. His games are some of the most awarded games around, TLoU being the second most awarded in gaming history, but of course I couldn’t expect you to acknowledge those facts
You don’t like him personally, but dismiss his talent. No further questions needed.

@DialgaMarine No, I don't like his writing. He's a fan of Anita Sarkeesian - one of the most dishonest people in gaming - and he writes from an ideological perspective, which makes his stories terribly contrived. Are you seriously suggesting that I'm not allowed to not like a given writer?
