Gap change in latest month: 834,147 – PS3 and Xbox 360
Gap change over last 12 months: 2,679,513 – PS3 and X360
Total Lead: 2,974,606 – PS3 and X360
PlayStation 4 Sales: 45,789,855
Total Combined PS3 and Xbox 360 Sales: 48,764,461
The gap grew in favor of the combined sales of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 when compared to the PlayStation 4 during the same timeframe by 834,147 units and by 2.68 million units in the last 12 months. The PlayStation 4 is behind by 2.98 million units.
The PlayStation 4 in its first 36 months sold 45.79 million units, while the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 have sold a combined 48.76 million units.
