Welcome to the VGChartz Gap charts. These charts are updated monthly and each article focuses on a different gap chart. The charts include comparisons between the 7th generation and 8th generation platforms, as well as comparisons within the 8th generation. All sales are worldwide, unless otherwise stated.

PS4 Vs. XOne Global:

Gap change in latest month: 524,818 – PS4

Gap change over last 12 months: 6,425,031 – PS4

Total Lead: 10,842,540 – PS4

PS4 Total Sales: 24,092,639

Xbox One Total Sales: 13,250,099

In June 2015 the gap between the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One grew once again in favor of the PlayStation 4. The PlayStation 4 sold 524,818 more units than the Xbox One to bring its total lead to 10.84 million units. The PlayStation 4 has sold 24.09 Million units in 20 months, while the Xbox One has sold 13.25 million units.

Well the Xone vs Wii U and Xone vs 360 charts still look good, so even tough it can not hold up with the PS4 it sells quite good

This makes the X1 looks pretty garbage when it isn't. The PS4 is just that much of a beast.
