Nintendo: Super Smash Bros. for 3DS Sells 705K in the US in 2 Days, Pushes 3DS Sales Over 140K - News
by William D'Angelo , posted on 17 October 2014 / 6,898 ViewsNintendo has announced that Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS sold more than 705,000 units in the US in its first two days on sale. The figure includes more than 135,000 units that were sold digitally through the Nintendo eShop.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS helped push 3DS sales for the month. 3DS sales increased 55 percent month-over-moth to more than 140,000 units.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS launched on October 3 in North America and Europe, and September 13 in Japan. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U will launch on November 21 in North America, December 5 in Europe and December 6 in Japan.
