A spin off to the main game, is it worth the extra buck?

Ratchet and Clank quest for booty stars Ratchet, but no clank, as you playing as ratchet search for clues that will tell you clanks secret location. Battle old enemies, new enemies, with amazingly high quality for a PSN title.

Graphics-

By far one of the best looking games on the PSN, with visuals on par with the full retail game "Ratchet and clank Tools of destruction", quest for booty is set to take the user in a beutiful 3d world, with a lush tropical environment.

Story-

The story line starts off right after the original game, as Ratches searches for clues to what may lead him to something that will give him clues to clank's location. The story line is suprsingly good for a psn title, and is the first of the series to actually continue as a true sequel to ratchet and clank tools of destruction.

Gameplay-

The same gameplay well all love in ratchet and clank, but focused more on platforming, Ratchet and clank quest for booty both innovates, and brings back great things from past games.

Length: 4-6 hours, its only the price of a movie ticket, and well worth it as well.

Felt a bit like going through the motions for R&C. Hoping a Crack in Time is going to really show what R&C is all about this gen. PS2 games were better than what's on PS3 so far.

the pirate ship attack segment is really hard, just too many enemies while targeting their ship...frustrating

Downloaded a few days ago.... kinda bored. Loved Ratched Deadlocked, loved all the Jak games, want to play SLy. Got bored of this quickly though...

From the start jumping to each pirate ship and killing those robotic pirates was kinda bored [playing on hard mode btw] , but I stuck threw it because I wasn't expecting to be blown away at the begining. Now I've finished with the wind turbines and I find the task boring.

I quit the game for a bit, mite not pick it back up for like 2 weeks plus but I'll get to it...

this game was bascially a advertisement for the rachet and clank series. thats why it was so cheap and short

its worth $15 dollars, it has a lot of cool new features and they will be used in the new rachet and clank coming in 09
