A great game for people who are struggling to play any of the earlier first 4 games.

This is the ultimate collectable for Zelda fans as it contains Zelda I, Zelda II, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, a preview of Windwaker, and a demo of Windwaker as well as small timeline of the series.

Zelda I is a fun but somewhat hard first game in the series that is very open ended to the point where some dungeons can be completed out of order if you know what you're doing. There are lots of tricks that have been discovered over the years like drop rates of enemies for giving specific items but even playing the game normally is fun. The graphics pale in comparison to today's graphics but the game itself is very fun. 9/10 for this game.

Zelda II is a game that I still have yet to beat because of how hard it is to beat without using some kind of guide (which back then was mainly Nintendo Power). This game changed from a top down perspective to a side scroll game as Nintendo was trying out new ideas. The game is alright in concept but Death Mountain was extremely hard and while I've personally cleared that it was hard to figure out where else to go after beating 2 or 3 temples even after getting the hammer. Maybe I'll beat this game someday and edit this review if I manage to ever beat this game. Due to difficult I'd give this game 6/10 as it wasn't enjoyable and was very cryptic about information most of the time with vague comments from the villagers.

Ocarina of Time is an amazing game that has always been amazing both on N64 and on this disc. The game was a huge shift from Zelda II as now it's fully in 3D! The change from the previous games to this one definitively made it loads better in terms of graphics. The gameplay is great as well with lots of skulltulas to find, small cutscenes, lots of things that can be done and people to talk to that add a fun atmosphere to the game decimating Zelda II's townspeople to oblivion (that might be a slight overexaggeration). It also has fun sidequests that are fun to try to complete. It's overall an amazing game that I could easily give a 10/10.

Majora's Mask is another amazing game that deals with the concept of time in a fun way by having events always happen at certain times causing there to be missions to complete in order to get all the masks/ heart pieces. There are also some sidequests in this game as well that are fun to complete with some being kind of difficult like if you want to get the razor sword you have to beat the boss on day 1 in order to permanently have it. It also offered a unique save system that let you temporarily save at owl statues but you have to remember that you have to use the song of time to fully save your game. It's a really fun but is a bit small unfortunately. I'd still give this a 10/10 though as it's my personal favorite Legend of Zelda game tied with Ocarina of Time.

The preview for Windwaker as it suggests shows a preview of some parts of Zelda Windwaker and is pretty good in my opinion. 9/10 for a good preview that showed some things you can do in Zelda Windwaker.

The demo for Windwaker offers 3 save files that give you a very small amount of time to play the game and start out in 3 different areas. It could be fun to play some of the game I guess though I think it's better to get the full game of Zelda Windwaker for the Gamecube or Wii U instead. Lost progress to be anyways makes for an annoying game considering you're trapped in 3 areas but is also good I guess in that you can play the game somewhat for free. 4/10 for not really being worth playing in my opinion.

The timeline preview goes through the past games in the series and is a nice addition. They didn't need to include this but they did and it fits very well. It shows some gameplay and scenes from previous games to show how the series progressed up to the point of where the Gamecube era was. 10/10 due to not needing this yet including it anyways.

Just to end this review I'd still recommend actually buying Windwaker rather than using the demo provided as it's not a good substitute but the first 4 games, the timeline preview, and the demo of Windwaker make this game well worth buying so pick up this game if you can!
