After you have taken enough damage, and you yourself have inflicted damage, there should be an option above the attack that reads "Corporeal". It basically turns you into a real monster for a short while, and you will auto kill anything around.

Remember getting this in 2007 it was an enjoyable game with the most hilarious looking villain called ne ne. Basically a 70 year old man pinky purple skin.
