Lara's House trick
Go to the last obstacle (the zip line), then climb up to the standing area and walk to the top right corner (face the shooting range). Turn diagonally to the boundary wall on the right, jump straight up and press the action button. If done correctly, Lara will be on top of the obstacle. Jump onto the red square nearby and you can then jump onto the roof, where you can access the racetrack without needing the key.
