When Oblivion came out, there were only 3 million XBOX360 worldwide, when Mass effect 2 came out , there were over 38 million Xbox360 around world; But sales, haha... SKyrim clearly will sell like 4 million or 4.5 million on XBOX360 and Mass effect 3 will never catch this num Message | Report |

i wouldnt be surprised if ME3 outsold skyrim on 360. ME1 will reach 2.5 million and ME2 more than 3 million. Oblivion LT will be 3.5 million so if ME3 increases 500k on ME2 and skyrim doesnt increase or only a little they will sell about the same. Message | Report |

Skyrim obviously. They have a well established fanbase that Bethesda creates the game for. ME3 is going to, just like ME2, be built as an RPG for everyone, and when I say everyone I mean mainly "Call of Duty fans". Bethesda try to make the best Elder Scrolls game possible. @Puggsly It is equivalent to Gears of War. A common criticism of the game is that its essentially been turned into Gears of War with a light dialogue system. @Ishiki I know. Samaras loyalty mission. Thanes loyalty mission. Thats it. Two brief missions in the ENTIRE GAME that dont revolve around cover/shooting. Everything does. Its woeful. Message | Report |

My opinion of the game. I think it's awesome. In my opinion the first one was an okay RPG and a bad shooter. In the second one it was a streamlined RPG and a good shooter with awesome powers. Also at Armchair, there's whole missions Samantha/Morinth where you don't fight at all. It's just dialogue! Message | Report |

@mr puggsly - dont be moronic. If you played ME2, you would either know for a fact most of the game is cover-shooting your way through linear shooting galleries. Otherwise youd be in denial. ME1 had large breaks in mission gameplay where there was much more dialogue. ME2 went all out for the brain dead shooter demographic, so you spent more time mowing down hordes of boring enemies than anything else. Message | Report |

that it hasnt passed the first one already is pathetic. With the amount of changes they made to appeal to the masses at the expense of RPG gameplay, added in that its a sequel to a hugely popular game, it should have left ME1 for dead. It hasnt, so its failed. Sure, it might limp past ME1 in terms of sales sometime in the near future, but I doubt thats what Bioware had in mind when they let greed ruin the RPG side of the game to go after shooter fans.
