@ jbrist Think about what you're saying. Obviously the game was a hit and the masses were aware of it. So why would PS3 owners ignore their chance to play it? That why it managed to sell as well as it did. Message | Report |

This game was a late port, doesn't look as good or run as well as the 360 counterpart, had no advertising or demo to play (360 had a multiplayer demo, haha, and I saw adverts for it in magazines), and yet it's still managed 500k and is very slowly creeping up, maybe when the sequel is released, the sales of this will pick up. This is a total blunder by Capcom and will unfortunately have a ripple effect on all of their future PS3 releases. The only reason this game did well on X360 was because of the lack of good games out at the time. Now the market is flooded with AAA titles and the reasons to pick this game up at full retail are very slim. Now, as for Dead Rising, I think if they would have chosen that game to port over a lot more heads would have turned and they would have gotten a lot more sales. Just my opinion Message | Report |

I finished it on 360. Not superb, but an overall good game. I had fun with it. Most probably the majority of people that wanted to play it already did, so that would explain the weak sales. Message | Report |
